• Computer -> Manage -> Services and Applications -> Internet Information Server -> Web Sites -> Properties -> HTTP Response Headers -> Add

And the Custom HTTP Response Header you’ll set and value is:

• Name:  X-UA-Compatible
• Value: IE=EmulateIE7
